PRODUCTIVE PROCESS:The garlic is carefully cleaned, washed, desalted and subsequently dried in the special centrifuge.Finally it is ground by adding extra virgin olive oil and salt. The cream is potted and pasteurized at ninety degrees for fifteen minutes.

INGREDIENTS: Garlic 80%, Extra Vigin Oil  19%, Salt

CONSERVATION: Store in a cool dry place protected from direct sunlight and heat sources. After opening keep in fridge covering the product with extra virgin oil.
