Preservatives: sodium nitrite, smoke. Antioxidants: ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate. The product is gluten-free, lactose-free and without flavor enhancer

COLOR APPEARANCE: typical brown red color on the dry surface. Inside intense red color, with small pieces of fat

TASTE: delicately aromatic, slightly smoky
