STORAGE: It is sensitive to heat and humidity. Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct light

ORGANOLEPTIC ASPECTS

VISUAL EXAM:

PHYSICAL STATE: remains liquid for a long time, may become cloudy due to crystal formation, but never completely crystallizes
COLOR: almost colorless to straw yellow
OLFACTORY EXAM:

SMELL INTENSITY: at the maximum of weak intensity
DESCRIPTION ODOR: not particularly characteristic, in pure samples it can be described as slightly floral, it can recall the scent of robinia flowers
GUSTATIVE EXAM:

TASTE: from normally to very acid. Normally acid
AROMA DESCRIPTION: not particularly characteristic because the most diagnostic element is the absence of marked, delicate, typically vanilla (confetti) aromas
