250 g of natural flour mixture for tarts and biscuits Mulino Marello

G 90 butter

G 90 granulated sugar or icing

1 tablespoon baking powder

3 whole medium eggs

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 grated lemon zest

1 pinch of cinnamon


In A mixing bowl mix all the ingredients, work well with your hands up to get a compact and homogeneous dough. Let them rest in the fridge for 30 minutes. You can use the pastry for tarts and biscuits.
