250 g of wholemeal rice flour Mulino Marello
g 90 butter
G 90 granulated sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
3 whole eggs
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 lemon zest
1 some salt
1 sachet of vanillin
or work with the whips first the butter, sugar and lemon zest, then gradually pour the eggs, flour and other ingredients and work for a few minutes until the dough is homogeneous and soft. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes (even out of the fridge). Fill a "saccapoche" and make the biscuits to your liking.
