Description

For a great first taste of autumn, here is the right recipe ....

First: In a pan brown some onion with oil or butter, add our Carnaroli rice with Dehydrated Porcini Mushrooms (200g) of Tartufi al Massimo and toast it for a few minutes, blend with white wine letting it evaporate completely

Prepare separately broth

Then  added gradually the broth during, cooking over low heat. 

When cooked and off, proceed with the creaming that can be done with simple butter or with our excellent 

 Truffle Butter of Bonsapore (75g)..than taste it.......excellent......!
