Pesto alla Genovese is one of the most popular condiments in the world.

The original recipe is prepared using a marble mortar; failing for reasons of quantity, we try to keep the tradition with the chopping of the basil, pine nuts, parmesan, pecorino and salt in a delicate way, not to overheat the sauce and not "burn" the essential oils of the basil.
